I placed a large order with New Look before Xmas that did not arrive, had to rush out Xmas Eve to get replacements, no different from Hampers not arriving, now waiting for my card to be refunded....
I phoned New look several times and they said my delivery was on it's way !!!.....I did not post about them being vile or liars on a forum.
No but perhaps you would have if New Look had started insulting you on twitter or acting in any of the other numerous odd ways that have been reported here.0 -

Were they extremely offensive in tweets to you? Are there hundreds of other people complaining about non-delivery or poor quality goods from New Look? We're the items you bought sold on the promise that they would be with you 3-4 weeks before Xmas?Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

LOL, you've obviously never read Tesco's Facebook page then. It makes this thread look like an Enid Blyton novel.0 -

New Look did not make me a promise, did Neil promise you then ?
I did not tweet New Look, not sure if they are on Twitter ?
Did you send offensive tweets to Neil then ?Have lots more ‘Pending’
But total money I’ve received from Cashback Sites by performing 'Daily Clicks' is ;
APRIL 2007 - JAN 2008 = £2,800:money:0 -

Yes, the hampers were advertised as being delivered during the first week in December. When I emailed Neil in November to check that they would be with me before 5th December (as they were being exchanged that weekend) he confirmed they would be. They weren't. I had no sleep for 3 nights die to a poorly toddler and my own illness, but had to make replacement gifts to take with us. They actually arrived on 10th December, the day after we came back, woefully under filled with poor substitutions. The label stated they were sent on the 7th - ie after Neil had promised they would arrive.
I didn't tweet him myself, but I saw the tweets of others and the vile replies he posted.
At no point have I said anything slanderous or vile about Neil. I have however commented in his obvious shortcomings.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
personally i think the ones who are trying to stick up for neil are making it worse for him , people are angry with how he as treated them and to have others making him out to be saint neil of hampers just gets them annoyed, and it wont be resolved until he holds his hands up and says yeh ok i messed up im only human, im sure me along with others would understand things sometimes go wrong but not when he hides behide his twitter slagging customers of and not answering emails he his just digging himself deeper and sending his side kicks on ere to upset people who are already upset , to alot of us these hampers would have been a great help at christmas and yes mine was for gifts i couldnt replace as didnt have the funds and yes my family would have been grateful and wouldnt have turned there noses up as usa guy thinks not everything is about how big your wallet is, as these hampers seem very nice and classy its not as if i was going to give them a tray of egg with a tin of beans. well rant over .. now i feel better.better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all.0

The retro sweets do look skimpy, the Galaxy is similar to what most of us were sent (ie underweight to what was described).
Fingers crossed for a swift resolution.
I've heard nothing since 14th December when I was promised a reply 'soon' on the phone, after that the lines were either engaged or unanswered. Then they closed the shop. Hoping for a response to the letter now.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
but it was a vile comment and none of accusations are proven.
Therefore its blatant defamation of character. Which I'm sure his lawyer will look at and say he has a pretty good case.
"Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person"
Neil wrote on twitter to go onto MSE and have a pop at candy222.now is that the action of a nice person.0
