I am really really sorry for those people that lose out on this offer. Really i am.

I did not order the deal, no idea what puts me off , but i am now just real ashamed to say back then it is really due to the un-known , small sized business that promise so much. Shame really , as this create another aversion for small businesses which are already struggle to survive.

The owner attitiue is also despicable, to say the least. The vibe that i got from a snippet of his twitter convey: U lots of ungrateful "customers", dun you lots realise how much of a "deal" u are getting over here? Dun u realise how many hours i slave over packing ur hamper while missing out on golf/tv/rubbing shoulders with whos and whos? U all should just be grateful of what u gonna get! EVENTUALLY !

Basically a paying customer living on the shop's mercy scenario.

Only he has under-estmate the power of social networking.

2013 is not gonna be a good year for him, even if he got the decency of refunding customers. The crack is there. No matter how good a deal he advertise now, i bet not a lot will have fall for it.

    JUST RECEIVED THIS BY EMAIL

This is an apology to everyone who i may have upset and not recieved their hampers in time for Christmas.i do understand yout upset and frustration and i will be dealing with the issues as soon as i can.

I am not going on holiday and will be dealing with it the best way i can.

With regards some of the comments i am getting on the forum it is all getting very personnal it is not a nice feeling having people posting personnel info on about myself.i have never had intention of causing any of you upset,i tried my very best to get as many out before Christmas as i could.

With all this in mind i am very sorry for what has happened & i am working along the relevant people to try and make this right.

I hope this will calm things down and i will be in contact with regards your personnal matters one by one.

Please accept i am sorry for what has happened.

    Kind Regards

    Neil
  • I do think he is trying to genuinely apologise (albeit a bit clumsily). It must be playing on him if he took time out on Christmas Day to send that around. Proves he does read MSE though!:money:
:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:
