    Happy Christmas from a Caister resident. I'm so sorry for all of you that have been caught up in this saga.

    I've been following this story all week and am saddened that this has brought attention to my village and county. Norfolk people are very proud and dont like attention very much.

    I also run a small business and certainly would not treat my customers this way, and I definately wouldn't have taken on more than I can cope with.

    I hope you all get things sorted out in a satisfactory way.

    Aw merry christmas and I hope the new year looks bettee im still waiting for hampers but cant di anything under £100 and past 45days all I can do is hope. So heres hoping to a happy new year
