I haven't been put off by some of the negativity from some people, I am really looking forward to receiving my hampers. I will have 4 hampers each month and it will be fantastic to treat myself and family throughout the year. I like the idea that you can choose what you want each month from the hamper selection or you can choose the contents you want.
My family are widespread and with the increased price of postage this year I do think it is a great deal.
I haven't had any hampers yet but after speaking to the owner I have every confidence that I will be delighted.0 -
Hello, I have been down to the shop again this morning as it is only round the corner from where I live, to change one of my hampers I have order for Christmas.
The shop itself is very nicely presented as are all of the hampers that are in there, the customer service is always fantastic from Neil, his wife and their staff, nothing is ever too much trouble.
I have been reading the many comments on this page over the past few days, both negative and positive and must say that as it is such a good deal I would also be concerned had I not have been to the shop and see how hard they are working to make their company a success.
I wish them all the luck for the future and look forward to many more deals like this over the coming months.
Before it is said by someone I am a hotel receptionist, not a hamper packer or company owner.0 -
I have just rung and placed my two orders for my first hampers and it's all legitimate and they're lovely on the phone. I got 2 hampers that I made up myself - both costing just under £30. They couldn't have been more helpful. You can choose smaller gift packs and then add things to them to make it up to the £30 limit, which I think is great. I didn't want 2 hampers, so I had one with a jute bag with 3 chutneys and other bits for presents and the other one I chose things to go in a hamper that's being sent directly to the recipient. I feel very reassured having spoken to them on the phone. I wish them every success.0

I am sure they are very nice people as everyone who talks to them is saying, but i do think some of you are missing my point. They take your money now for goods that you are going to get over 12 months [ and they have now added on there web site that you can not have all your baskets now as some one suggested to do] so why cant they take your money on a monthly basis.Sorry i just dont see how this can work at that price.Anyone i am not going to post anymore regarding this post but i do think at lot of people will be without hampers in the coming months.Only time will tell.
And just one more thing someone said in a earlier post that the owners of this company are reading this thread. It does put a question mark when a lot of the positive posts are from new members.
I have been a member for a few years and I have left a positive post. All the hampers I have received have been great. I appreciate what you're saying with regards to money up front but many people are getting all their hampers now. Some like me will be getting them throughout the year. That is probably the way they make their money as they are not having to borrow money initially to buy the products.0 -
Well I’m certainly not new! I too live in Norfolk so have been fortunate enough to go over to the shop & I only have positive things to say about them!
If you were really worried you can pay by credit card (I do this on my paypal account) & you will be covered if anything should go wrong.Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!0 -

Talk about doom & gloom!!!
I did post this before but some of you may have missed it ...
Actually they are not a new company, this is their “About us” page - & the lady confirmed this when I was chatting to her in the shop

I still can't help but feel shocked at the lack of contents in the sweet hamper, kinda beginning to wish i didn't order the treats deal now (2honey, 2 christmas basket and 2 sweets)
I honestly thought i would be getting the same as what is shown in the sweet hampers on their website(and i think you should get what is shown, or at least the equivalent)
It would begin to explain how they are able to do it. Showed my partner the photos incase it was just me being picky and he too was gobsmacked that that is all you get, no 100g of anything. Just about £4's worth (if that) much much less than is shown or listed on their website.:(0 -

I think so too! I was going to buy the chocolate and sweet hamper deal, and I agree the chocolate hamper is probably a good deal, but if you only get that amount of sweets in the sweet hamper it's not so good.0
