Now just to track down my penguins from the build a bear offer.

Royal Mail have delivered them, apparently, problem is i have no idea where to. No card through the door and the customer service is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Just shows as being delivered on the tracking. :mad:

They can read the posts but are banned from commenting as they are a company and it is seen as promotion. ( I asked as I'm nosey!)

i know they could answer us straight away lol, could they not get an emplyee to join, i think aslong as they don't try to promote and only comment to help, as ask mse first it's usually ok, there are a few companys who do it.

thats what i asked this morning how can they stop them but she just said she didnt know how but she couldnt get on the site. not that it matters if we dont want people to see what we say then we shouldnt say it lol hope you find your penguins have you tried knocking your neighbor's see if they have it sometimes people take things in and forget
