They are out Why is it so bloody difficult for a postman to put a card through the door to say he has left it at so and so's.

Customer services just said they are sorry and i will have to phone the company to explain. Expain what exactly? that RM are incompetent and have delivered my penguins somewhere but where that is is anyone's guess.

i know there a pain i lived next door to my mum untill this year and the postman and the local delivery girl knew us both and had done for years but they would still leave things anywere and everywere including on my door step for the local kids to take lol it was a nightmare

Just found this in their terms and conditions. I wonder if the reason Jellyhead's hamper contained less sweets than expected was because it was part of a deal and was at a reduced price?

What do you think? I'm a bit confused


Please note the contents of the hamper will arrive in a wicker hamper with a lid a wicker tray or a cardboard tray.Please note Hampers in the deals may be different from the pictures & contents shown on the website this is due to the hampers being in the deal at a reduced price.

she did say that some deal hapers are diffrent but as the 12+12 deal was to pick any £30 hampers from the site then they would be the same content.

I would suggest you join via a business name by sending the forum administrators a message. There are other business users on here who have permission from MSE to post and answer questions. Why can't NHCo have the same?

It would save us time and it would save NHCo time; I'm sure they're getting a lot of similar emails all of which can be answered by a simple response and stuck on the first post of this thread.

So MSE team and Norfolk House Company...if you are reading this, please consider what we are suggesting!

Yeah, I know what you mean. When I got the Blackberry Playbook I was finding it pretty hard to type too.
