I am still waiting for a delivery date, i do hope i get it soon as i need to make sure i am in.

Would someone on here who is awaiting the delivery of christmas hampers that are due to be sent out next week see if they can get some sort of dispatch date?
I feel that i am being given the run around and maybe the more people that ask the better.
I need to know so i can make sure someone is in to collect.

When I spoke to Neil this week I was told dispatch dates for November & December would be this week.

I am not going to email him to ask because I feel the more emails he's getting the harder it will be to catch up. As far as I can see he's answering all the emails/calls himself so please give the man a break if he doesn't answer straight away. I have had to email ASOS & BHS customer services in the last week & neither of them answered my queries in such a quick a time as Neil has been doing so I really wouldn't worry.

I know anyone would think they didn't wanna sell me 24 hampers at a rock bottom price :rotfl: i havnet acually paid yet i'm in n.ireland and they don't ship here at the mo so he's looking into the cost for me, so i would personally say that is good customer services he could easily have just said no we don't ship to N.I.

Why don't you phone about your hampers i'm sure they'll be more than happy to put your mind at rest, i'm pretty sure they were going out the 1st week of dec, but if you need a certain day you can prob request it.

I can't remember the name of the delivery company who brought my first order, but the lady I spoke to on the phone said if I wasn't in they would leave a card and I could rearrange delivery.

If I'm not in when my hampers arrive I'll call them and ask for redelivery to be made on my day off.

Why doesn't everyone just give the company a break - give them a chance to ship the orders out before coming down on them like a ton of bricks - innocent until guilty of vice versa

I wasn't in when they delivered hampers last month and the selivery guy left them in my shed with no note through the door-just a warning! I now check there every time I come home!!

I don't think i am coming down on them like a ton of bricks, i simply need a delivery date so that i can make sure i am home.

I have emailed and telephoned and been told i will be notified, but i can't just simply go into work and say i need the day off tomorrow or the next day. My job isn't like that. I need a bit of notice. The nearer is gets to Christmas then there is no chance of any time off.

It's not just a small parcel the neighbours can take in, it's 16 odd hampers.

I can't just take time off for parcels either BUT if they happen to try when I'm out the courier will leave a card & reattempt another day. The last hampers that came I was messed about by the couriers but I still don't think you need to hassle the company about it. Would you do the same with any other company/large order?
