Crossing my fingers for all those who are still waiting.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • It's ok saying so and so post has x about of thanks & that's how many orders he has outstanding, he could have sent a fair amout of orders out that are either on way or lost with courier (left with a neighbour etc with no card left so you don't know it's been delivered - I have had this in the past!) Or people could just be thanking for the sake of it to 'up' numbers. I'm sure Trading Standards would not just take his word for it how many orders he has outstanding.

    exactly my thoughts

have ukmail maybe taken on too much also and not going to be able to deliver
  • I've just cancelled my order and asked for my money back
I think I have been very reasonable waiting until the last moment
But last day shopping tomorrow .........
I will have to go shopping tomorrow (nightmare) to buy 6 x Christmas presents for everyone that was getting hampers
and then come home and wrap them all (groan)
Fingers crossed for bargains in BHS ..........

When I checked his name Suffolk hampers came us but it seems like a pretty new site is this another site of his or does it belong to someone different
He owns suffolk-hampers.com but has not yet created a website at that address. You may of come across suffolk-hampers.co.uk which is owned by someone completely different.
  • ok time to talk iv been following this page but might of missed some bit's.

iv seen some one quote some of my twitter post's here it did make me a little bit mad but ow well .

i have stuck up for this guy and his company as i won a nice prize and my wife met him at the ideal home show and said very nice guy . i think there has been some not nice thing's said here . there has been some very good point's made as well so iv come on to say what iv not got. this has messed up my whole Christmas missing gift's miss treat's for us i think he has just taken on more then he can cope with .

    i have 3 order's out standing
    christmas special
    chocolate hamper deal
and bit's i added and payed full price for

so as you can see im in it for lots of cash :(

im going to clear up one or two thing's iv seen .

at the ideal home show he was only selling full price stuff .

he can print up labels for ukmail when ever he likes as there only go live when there scanned in buy driver or at depot so with out tracking numbers you will not know when it was picked up and i say any one that has had delivery check the number on the label to see pick up day .

sorry, can't spell very well and my grammar is even worse.

Looks like there are some people who think that tomorrow morning UK Maill will suddenly turn up with hundreds of "missing" orders saying " Sorry, it 's all our fault." Yeah right, and I bet you also think that tomorrow nght some jolly fat man in a red suit will turn up on a sleigh and everyone will be happy and jolly eating mince pies and singing around a log fire. Get real, this bloke is incompetent at best, and a crook at worst, and I'll be surprised if any rubbish boxes of galaxy or sherbet saucers turn up.

I'm that if Norfolk hampers folds he might start again under that name. Hope he's made to fulfil all the promises he made. Could he go bankrupt and set up company in wifes name
