Hi im a newbie but ordered my Festive Special on 25 Oct, paid by paypal but straight from bank account £84.98,(no comeback via paypal and awaiting to hear if bank can help me) had various emails and conversations with Neil always telling me tomorrow it will be delivered but hey ho still waiting..... i am housebound and can honestly say this has screwed my christmas with no gifts now for my family as can not afford to replace , cannot believe how many of us are in the same boat.

I paid for 12 + 12 on 24 nov. Nothing received to date.

Will shop for replacement presents tomorrow. Will not wait and waste another day. Christmas Eve I should be last minute wrapping not shopping.

Got to the point where I don't want a delivery, just want the money back.

Presents have all been replaced as they had to be given out this weekend and I certainly aren't trusting this company to delivery hampers every month.

If a delivery did turn up tomorrow I'd refuse it.
