Wow, what a stand! Hats off to TS for their quick response to complaints!!

Would of thought though that they wouldn't just take his word for it and would want to see evidence of courier collections. Also that they actually have the goods there to send?

I ordered 1 a month for 12 months. This month I asked for just add cheese and a few other bits. I'll be disappointed if it doesn't come but I'm not as let down as some others who'd ordered for gifts.

Have most people done a 12 month deal?
It's gonna be the same old every month til next Xmas!!

Got the 3+3 offer a couple of weeks ago after receiving email reply from Neil and was pleased with them. No news of the big Christmas one ordered in August - hope it comes tomorrow or Monday!

UK Mail say they have a delivery out for me and I should receive it by 6pm It's now 5.20....eep!

No delivery from Ukmail today (despite what they told me on twitter yesterday)!. Now ukmails site is showing my order as delayed.....collected THIS afternoon ( not yesterday) and won't be delivered before the 28th of December. I can live with getting them a couple of days late....it's the total LIES that have me completely RAGING!. Especially when I gave them the opportunity 2 WEEKS ago to tell me they wouldn't get here in time.......now I have no time to replace the food and drinks I was waiting for for Xmas day. I'm disappointed that they couldn't just be honest and thereby give people the chance and time to sort out things before the 25th.

I'm also REALLY :mad::mad: that I told them well in advance that I needed an extra 4-5 days to ensure delivery to where I stay......giving them LOTS of time to organise delivery......and they have still left the furthest deliveries in the UK later than those on their own doorstep! No sense and NO logic to how these are going out!:mad:
