I just wondered how many people had actually got them after his "two van loads have gone" comment.0 -
2 hampers arrived today from the 12 + 12 deal. I ordered Fiery Chilli and Small Sweets Hamper. I received Galaxy and Retro Sweets hampers. Bit disappointing. I have sent him an email to query this. Hopefully, if he's not gone bust, I'll get something better next month.0

Now ukmails site is showing my order as delayed.....collected THIS afternoon ( not yesterday) and won't be delivered before the 28th of December. I can live with getting them a couple of days late....it's the total LIES that have me completely RAGING!. Especially when I gave them the opportunity 2 WEEKS ago to tell me they wouldn't get here in time.......now I have no time to replace the food and drinks I was waiting for for Xmas day. I'm disappointed that they couldn't just be honest and thereby give people the chance and time to sort out things before the 25th.
I'm also REALLY :mad: that I told them well in advance that I needed an extra 4-5 days to ensure delivery to where I stay......giving them LOTS of time to organise delivery......and they have still left the furthest deliveries in the UK later than those on their own doorstep! No sense and NO logic to how these are going out!
I did wonder if the furthest away ones were being sent last as I am North of Glasgow and have got naff all!0 -

This is the biggest worry , even if he gets them out on time , we are reliant on UKmail to deliver themLBM Aug 10  [STRIKE]15,995.86 [/STRIKE]:eek:12,750.49

There was someone who said the UK mail lady said on no days did they have 2 van loads at all. Maybe one van with 1 imaginary friend van! Just rubbish.
Just looked at The Sun's tweets - can't see how they have expressed to be interested?0 -

I'm feeling guilty now that I got mine and with a bit of mixing and a few small additions they were good.
I have tried to stay optimistic as I have 4 hampers to be delivered each month, but feel its going to be a troubled year waiting each month to see if I get them.
I did the deals to send to relatives each month as well as to myself but because of the different standards of hampers would be embarrassed if someone received one with only a few sweets in.
I hope he's still in business when my Feb ones are due !0 -

I'm in Norfolk and mine hasn't arrived yet not that I'm expecting it to. And I live to far away to pop over and collect it. It was going to be hubbies Xmas present so he knows nothing about this saga yet. Fortunately I was able to order one from M&S I missed the gitch but hay ho at least I had the money to go else where.
I'm so sorry for those of you who are unable to make other arrangements I'm so lucky I could.
Merry Christmas to you all

Just wanted to say that nobody should feel guilty for actually receiving their hampers ..... While its frustrating, annoying, stressful and a total let down that the many opportunities were not taken to apologise and try to address these issues earlier.....life does go on ( I think most people would understand a late gift). I hope a valuable lesson in honest trading and open communication will have been learned from this....as if not........:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:0 -
I've de branded everything from the hampers I got so that whatever they get used for, Neil will get absolutely no publicity from it.
Up yours, Neil.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0
