anyway going to have to go down the small claims court maybe we can start a thread on here for that reason and help each other out

I really feel so sorry for everthing you poor MSE'ers are going through. I am just thankful I changed my mind at the last minute and didnt put my order in.
I think it might be a good idea to contact The Great Yarmouth Mercury. If enough of you contact them I really think they will run the story.

As for NHC well you should be well and truely ashamed of yourselves, call yourselves professionals? You have let down hard working folk and dont seen to give a dam.
Once this is all over you will be able to look back and think of all the paying customers you have lost. These would have been the customers that would have used your company time and time again, bringing with them new clients. You have lost all that, and its all your own doing.RIP TJ. I also think that each and EVERY one of us who has had an issue (as well as those who are happy with their orders) should leave our honest feedback on EVERY online review site we can find!
