oh i see what you mean - deary me sorry hun x
  • Mine were apparently boxed and ready to go last night however UKmail still have nothing showing against my postcode.

Have now had to take steps to delay or refund the monies already collected for our raffle. I am utterly fed up and do not have a good feeling about this now at all despite what Neil says I think I will not be receiving mine before christmas!

    Gutted..............

These cannot be priced at £29.49, we have been worried if we are going to receive them on time, on top of that now is what we are going to actually receive, that really is a crime.
  • Just found out that despite being promised mine were going to be sent out last monday, as it takes at least 4 days longer for deliveries to arrive here (due to living as far away from Norfolk as possible while still being in the UK) - my orders are now APPARENTLY leaving today  so short of divine intervention they will NOT arrive in time for xmas - so thats not only EVERY present I had planned now late (I'm sure I'll live and I can at least give them a card with a picture of what their present SHOULD look like if it ever arrives):rotfl: I am disappointed at having to rush out and replace all the stuff I ordered in addition to the hampers to be part of our xmas dinner (which by rights SHOULD have been sent out within 7-10 days of my order as none of it was part of any 'deal' so I have actually waited patiently for 6 weeks for this as well!)

I have to say - I am REALLY:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: at the LIES! especially when I gave them the direct opportunity last week to say they wouldn't be here in time - and I was swayed by their promise that they would definitely be here before xmas!

All of this mahem and bad feelings could have been avoided by a bit of HONESTY:naughty::wall::wall:
:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:

  • I ordered the 12+12 back in November and received a really nice email to confirm I would get the first delivery of 2 hampers in the first week of December.

Like SO many other people, I haven't received my order and despite a very polite email to the company asking where my hampers were, I didn't get a reply. I needed them by yesterday at the latest because they were for Christmas presents and I saw the recipient today. I told the company this on email and yet still, no hampers.

In desperation, I joined twitter and asked to cancel my order due to non delivery of goods and gave them my order number. They instantly replied asking for my surname, which I provided, but then didn't bother to get back to me.

I sent another email to them today asking them to please acknowledge my request to cancel the order due to their failure to deliver what had been promised.

I paid by Paypal and so have opened a dispute with them in the hope that Neil will do the recent thing and give me back my money. I don't hold out much hope of that though. If I don't have a refund by the end of tomorrow, I intend to escalate the complaint to Paypal so they can then take a look into it.

I have just used the UK Mail number and got to speak to a lovely lady who confirmed no delivery for me on their system. By my reckoning, as I've cancelled with Neil before he's even sent my order, he should be pretty swift in giving me back the money that is rightfully mine - we shall see though :D

I have been given advice from consumer advice through trading standards. I will open a new thread later as on school run about the correct procedure to go down to get to small claims court. If you don't go down the correct procedure it will get thrown out. APPARANTLY you have to give the 'seller' time to correct the problem by law and give him a sensible time to respond....... joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I did the 12 hamper deal twice, but paid £95 for each because I did it before the 12 + 12 came out.

I've just had ONE hamper delivered, instead of the 2 I should have BUT it's just add cheese, and I was told the first one would be a Christmas hamper??
Plus the wrapping is ripped and the boxes are crushed and I don't even like chutney, so I would never have ordered this.
    Anyone else had this problem?

I thought a 'Christmas hamper' would contain Christmas pud, and shortbread and Christmas cake etc?
