58seconds ago, the rest of the hampers are being sent out today so the web site says. I am getting really worried now.

I find myself posting on Police related threads at the moment...

Well having read a large portion of this thread I am unable to see what the Police would waste their valuable time reading it..... unless they are waiting for hampers too!!

Unless there have been some comments that I have missed that would defined as an offence under the Malicious Communications Act, I am struggling with any other offence that may have been committed.

Unfortunately the whole affair, dubbed my me now as 'Hampergate', is not what anyone needs at this time of year, or any time of the year to be honest.

The majority of you seem to know what you need to do regarding obtaining refunds and if necessary going down the Civil Court route to get your money back.

I never did take part in this deal, but hope you all have the successful outcome you deserve, hopefully the hampers you all ordered, but if not, your money back!

Yay I've just had a hamper delivered!!! Not from NHCo obviously but from Amazon so thanks again to ***CUPCAKE*** for the link posted on Tuesday - I now have something to give our fabulous neighbours who have really welcomed us to the street this year (and embarrassingly have already given us a present!).
  • My brother in law is a solicitor and one of the hampers was a gift for him. I shall be chatting to him boxing day and probably apologising about not giving him his gift. :(

I used this number and got straight through. She was lovely and was really chuffed to tell me that they should arrive tomorrow and wrote on the notes to leave it with any neighbour they can find in as I have to go out tomorrow. Yippee. Hope its nice.

Agree, lovely lady and very helpfull BUT 'NOTHING' for my address. So disappointed, down, upset, tearful as I know presents that I was promised by NEIL to turn up Thursday by the latest are not. Out of pocket and no extra money to replace the presents that are with NHC this soon to xmas.

Just spoke to UKMail, I agree, lovely lady, I apologised so much for bugging her, but she was great!
Still nowt for me :( she says if they do get to them tonight then I might get lucky tomorrow etc, and to phone again tomorrow :(
So £200+ being held, cant courier onto family like I promised them as couldnt give to them last weekend :(
Cant go and replace as working from tonight till sunday :(
But hey, they might arrive xmas eve, when all my work colleagues are not on shift eh !!!

And BTW says Twitter is now being monitored, I replied good as then it shows he promised delivery dates and still did not send.

    Monitored by who? Himself?

The police have no need to monitor his mentions (which btw any Tom, !!!!!! and Harry can view publicly) as people are just asking about their hampers that they have paid for.

Can you imagine if every company had the police monitor their twitter when people asked them a few questions?

Tbh, looking at his mentions, Neil has had it easy. I've seen much worse on twitter.
  • My hampers are here woohoo!

Will update on contents and pics soon
