I like the post on Twitter that says she cant believe how awful some people can be ;O
Try being in my shoes love, delivery 14th (NOT) saw family 16th, present direct to family not arrived and dont know if it will ever turn up, too late to courier other ones as didnt arrive in time to give personally.
19 people still to give, £200+ out of my bank account, cant replace as havent got time to go "shopping" and if they do arrive xmas eve, I cant give them anyway as I wont be at work that day!! I cant give xmas day as although Im at work, others arent!!
Some people on Twitter are still sticking up for the company, and then politely ask where their hampers are lol !! Perhaps they are seeing their family on xmas day, thats great if you do.
Like many others I dont see mine and hence ordered in October so could give 2 months later when we did meet up.
Am mad now, I kept my cool up until monday, and after seeing my family last weekend, and not having the presents to give them, its made me pop
(Rant over, sorry folks) x0 -

Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to sales@thenorfolkhampercompany.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE
During peak periods we will try & meet delivery times but can not gaurantee delivery on a certain day or date due to our stock/supplier and couriers at these busy times.
So thats what i have done ive requested a full refund now but as per usual absolutely no response apart from the standard we are no longer replying to mails :mad:0 -

I know, its pathetic. UKMail are not impressed, they are helpful to us and she said her colleague spoke to them yesterday and advised if they got them collected then they could deliver etc, but its obviously Neil and Co that cant do their thing
Makes me laugh, monitoring etc, for what?? He obtained orders, months again, no emails, communication, tracking etc, slating customers off on public forums, and then thinks we will not fight back when there are only 2 working days to go before xmas !!
Send the monitors to me, I will give them a print out of all the tweets and emails which state when my goods will be delivered !! And I will happily go off in a van to Norfolk, might be able to collect my hampers whilst Im there !!! :rotfl:0 -
Mine's finally arrived! A Just Add Cheese one and like everyone else's the cellophane is ripped, someone needs to show them how to wrap stuff! The port chutney has been substituted with a mixed fruit chutney.
I'm hoping we don't have this performance every month, don't know if I could stand it.Sealed Pot Challenge member 28

Has anyone received a refund from them?? Or done a paypal claim??
Be interesting to see if any money has been refunded in full etc.
Thought I had read about a credit note being given, but dont know if it was on here or Twitter0 -
MY ORDER WITH NHC IS NOW AN******** OFFICIAL TRADING STANDARDS COMPLAINT/INVESTIGATION WITH REF NUMBER*******
BROKEN PROMISES/HELD MONEY SINCE OCT/NO DISPATCH DATE/EMAIL/NO OFFER OF REFUND/NO REPLY TO EMAILS/PHONE CONSTANTLY ENGAGED. Legal route now with investigation!!!!!!
Gave the benefit of the doubt and was very loyal but still fobbed off and told order would def be with me by today. UK MAIL have confirmed nothing, nothing, nothing. 6 family members are not going to receive their presents this year, first year EVER cause I got taken in on a CON that I will never, ever, ever fall for again. You try and support small businesses but unfortunatetly, this experience has left me gutted, disappointed, deflated and been taken for a mug. By hook or by crook I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. Merry 'blooming' christmas0 -

If you paid by 'paypal guest' you only have within 45 days to re-claim your money back from the date of your order. Anything outside of the 45days is small claims court. But if you ring consumer rights (PM me) they logged the complaint with trading standards and are getting the ball rolling, with legal rights and order of doing things correctly and legaly0 -

LOL!!! Well no ones knocking at my door yet, so you still might have a long wait :rotfl:
Well done you on getting the ball rolling, I paid by Paypal, which is linked to my bank account etc, so not as a Paypal Guest? Dont know if there is any difference??
Which trading standards are you communicating with, and do they have an email etc for us all to write to?? As otherwise we will be totally blocking all their phone lines with the amount of people still outstanding !!
They wont get your money back any quicker though will they? I know that small claims can be done online etc and quite simple to do, so thought that would be easier.0
