At least if the police are monitoring this thread they will have saved it. Should be easy to get a copy for those who have put in claims via the courts.

My parcel is now with ukmail, how many of the 8 I'm expecting tomorrow do we think I will actually get? My guess is 2.

The only annoying thing is after I have these 8 im still due another 2 every month for 11 months!

Did you contact UKMail tonight then?? I asked them this morning and had nothing for today, and said I would bug them again tomorrow, so was wondering if they would know now if they had collected mine as well!! Too impatient, and have to go to work tomorrow

police? what the hell for, they have better things to do than monitor a forum, and as for thanks for the support who they hell does he think he is, anyone that supports this business must be a sheep, following blindly in the path of the money tree,

look lets be straight this company is rubbish, they promise under contract to supply goods within a certain time frame,- those goods have not been supplied to hundreds of people, where he has supplied them at least 30% of people have had problems ie weights and measures problems.
now lets look at the evidence.
he is in serious breach of contract
breach of weights and measures laws
terrible and rude customer service.
in some instance if he has not supplied what and when it can be deemed fraud as he would have been aware under uk law of the amount of orders recieving and the inability to fulfill in the time frame contracted, ie first week in December.
he has also cost people money so again they have a claim against breach of contract or torte, plus taking money under false pretense by they informing him of certain deadlines , he agreeing to fulfill within the scope of those deadlines @(see twitter for some of them) therefore causing the buyer to spend money on more items to replace the ones not arrived within deadlines.
in some instances causing harm and ridicule.
ok now ive said all that does mr policeman want my address?
dm me and i will happily give it so i can have a visit and press charges.

No Neil gave me my tracking number yesterday and told me it would be delivered today, yet ukmail didnt have it, ukmails website has now updated saying collected from him at 17.40 today!!!

Yet more lies from Neil, I would have so much more respect for this guy if he told the truth!

OMG. Probably NO hope of mine by Friday then, even if they go out tomorrow, its taking 2 days for them to be delivered by the sounds of things, so that would mean xmas eve

Wow, he likes to play the victim doesn't he?
So anyone that dares to complain about non-receipt of hampers or complains they are not happy with what they have received are being monitored by the police?!
Unbelievable!
If he had dealt with this differently and accepted responsibility for late deliveries then people would not be so annoyed but to continue as he is by blaming the customers, he is ruining his business all by himself.
