They can arrest me on a charge of being sold 6 late, underfilled hampers that did not match the advertised descriptions and also further charges of not receiving any reply to complaints about late delivery and inadequate substitution of items.
I think the final charge will have to be refusal to use this company ever again.

My defence will be that I expect any company I deal with to supply the goods I have paid for in good condition and in a timely manner, none of which happened with this company.

I ordered the original 6+6 deal on 8th August. Have received 4+4 - the last 2+2 too late to use as gifts. Sweetie hampers had about half what they should have and missing vinegar from preserves still not arrived.

Online my order says "completed". Who knows what that means?

I don't think this company will be here next Xmas, somehow.

Received all my 48 hampers today.

Got everything as advertised (plus more).

Received tracking numbers for all my orders.

Also got dispatch emails for all my hampers.

Pfft...yeah right!

Wow, how did you manage that then lol !! Tell us your secret !! To even get a reply is something, but to 1- get a reply and email for dispatch 2- get tracking number, and then 3- to get your hampers :O your soooo lucky !!! Not fair, he could have sent me my 19 first !!!
