To those who have already received their hampers - has your account on their website changed from processing to dispatched?

Just received (well picked up from my nans) as it came yesterday my 4 hampers from my 12 + 12.

Can I ask what people who ordered the Christmas one in this deal received in their Christmas hamper as I'm not sure what I should have in there as for all the others they're not at all what was advertised.

The chilli lover one was meant to come in cellophane and be in a basket and open to see and have various snacky bits in it instead i've it looked a little something like this.....
and inside was meant to be Chilli Sauce 280ml
Hot Chilli Sauce & Dip 300g
Chilli Rock Sticks
Chilli Cheese Straws
Dusted Chilli Truffles 100g
Coriander & Chilli & Cumin Savoury Biscuits
Chilli Jam 190g

Instead and it differs quite a lot I received

2 X 40g packets of sweet Chilli crisps
Auntie Frogs Lime and Chilli Dressing 250ml
Chillis Galore Flamin Hot Chilli Sauce 110ml
Chillis Galore Jalapeno Coriander & Lime 225g jar
Chillis Galore Jamaican Peppers Chilli Jelly 225g jar
Chillis Galore Chipotle Smoked Chilli Jelly 225g jar

The Galaxy one i'm missing a few items but have a few that aren't listed...

To be honest I don't mind the substitutions with the Galaxy as it's all Galaxy and it's not that far off.

I'll do one for the Man Retro one in a min but at first glance it has hardly any Jellies which is very disapointing.

I'm not sure of what I should have had in the Christmas one but i'll add what I got in the next post!!

I don't think these are that bad it's a shame that all the jellies were not in it as this is the main reason I ordered this one and I don't feel that the substitutions made up for the lack of the original items if that makes sense.

The Christmas one has

Festive Fayre christmas pudding 350g
2 80g packets of shortbread biscuits
1 113g lemon curd
1 113g Strawberry preserve
1 100g Brandy Butter

1 454g Norfolk Gardens Gooseberry Jam

Like I said I have no idea what was meant to be in there but I was looking forward to a Christmas Cake I love those and this is the only hamper we're keeping lol! Well is given to my mum but i'll still get to eat!! What did all you others get for your Christmas hamper for the 12 + 12 deal?

Overall I'm happy with them for the money they're good just not fully what I expected and not presented how I thought for the chilli one and like others have said I'll need to add an extra or two things to them all before I give them out!!

Been waiting patiently for my 3+3 hamper deal. Did not panic about the delay as I don't need until this weekend, but starting to get a bit close for comfort now.

I usually make my own hampers up, but thought I would make my life a bit easier this year and buy them in. :rotfl:

Such a shame, had the experience been better, NHCo would have gained lots of new custom for the future. The tweets are getting sillier and sillier and really not portraying the company in a good light. I had been contemplating taking up another deal or 2 next year, but have now lost faith in them and do not expect to see my hampers this side of Christmas. Latest tweets show not all hampers dispatched as promised today :mad:

Our hampers arrived today. Much later than expected but they got here! If I ignore the stress caused by not knowing if they'd arrive, and the fact that the cellophane had ripped on the two cheese hampers, I'm really pleased. The 6 hampers are well worth the £59 including delivery. We got 2 x cheese ones which seem the best value, 2 galaxy ones and 2 general hampers.

We didn't get a despatch confirmation so didn't know they were on their way.

This is absolutely going to be a lottery who gets these now. He obviously hasn't met his latest deadline for them to be finished tonight.
I simply refuse to spend anymore time worrying over these. If they aren't collected by tomorrow we aren't getting them.
Hopefully at that point Neil may find some shred of humanity and advise those whom he cannot provide the goods for.
We can then replace or accept they will be late gifts and advise recipients accordingly.
Beyond that there is little else we can do but learn a very harsh lesson.

He said he will pay extra postage for weekend delivery and we will all get our hampers, fingers x he can do it then!!
