So here is what ive received for the 3 + 3 Hampers, as you can see the cheese and galaxy hampers look nice and full where the christmas hamper is very empty and disappointing :(

    Hamper 1 The Christmas Basket

    Christmas Pudding 454g 350g
    Ginger Biscuits none
    Lemon Curd 320g 113g
    Shortbread Fingers 150g 2x80G
Christmas Fruit Cake a 'bar' 5.25 inches x 2.25 inches
    Strawberry Preserve 340g 113g

This is exactly what I received - they must have been packed the same time. The fruit cake is so small.

I think where they didn't have the larger items they should have replaced them with 2 smaller ones, not just one, or added an extra surprise goody even if it was just a chocolate spoon!

Does anyone know what the Christmas hamper, from the 12 hampers for £95, is meant to contain please. The first one of the 12?

    Thanks

Yes or 3 to equal the weight of the original items. And not to replace some items at all?!?
  • Fed up now, numerous emails and tweets ignored. Have contacted them now through PayPal, I'd rather get my money back and have nothing more to do with this company. I see on twitter that someone tweeted to ask to cancel order and have refund and amazingly got a response from Neil saying they had been sent. Maybe I should have done the same weeks ago!

What are we going to do about missing items and substituted items being of lower value? What happens if we need the hampers for presents? I mean it's not as if we can return them at this hour in the day. We are kind of stuck with what we have.

I should just add I'm happy with what I received but I have had to bulk the hampers up a bit, rearrange them and there are a lot of missing items and small substitutes. The hampers are nice but they are not as advertised.

I think he only says they have been sent so he's covered under DSR. If they haven't been despatched, you have a right to cancel for a full refund.

Yep I think this is so I've asked for a refund and was told they had been despatched that day but 3 days on - guess what... I'm still waiting!

I am really, really sorry for all of you still waiting for your promised hamper deliveries. I never received my hamper discount club intro letter and free chocolate spoon - only £10 wasted, I know - but due to that reason, I decided not to invest anymore money in the promotions, as it made me angry.

I have just ordered a couple of hampers from M&S, with named day delivery at no extra charge - one for Friday and one for Saturday - and as I have had these hampers in the past, I know the quality will be there and I will get what I ordered.

Here's hoping you all get your hampers, sooner rather than later.
