I am retweeting people complaints as I'm blocked there is no point saying anything as he won't get it!! Can't believe he hasn't blocked you all as well! How dare you ask where your goods you paid for months ago are.

What annoys me too is the assumption that as long as they arrive on Christmas Eve that's ok! It's not rocket science to realise that if someone has bought a hamper deal- especially the larger ones that they were always destined to be gifts/prizes etc and not just for personal use!
