In fairness, if his auntie is his sister and his brother is his cousin, he probably doesn't understand that not everybody sees friends and relatives on Christmas Day itself.

Perhaps we should all stop moaning as we are clearly hampering them...

Just spat my coffee everywhere when I read that!

Hi all. Been watching this thread from my tablet as was tempted to order. Only briefly posted from my tablet as it's a pain lol.

Anyway... Distance selling regulations don't apply to perishable food so you can't return under that. For people were the contents of the hampers do not match the description, i.e. less items included, then you could return under the sales of goods act, which would mean that you wouldn't have to pay return postage and would get a full refund.

Perhaps starting a thread on the consumer rights section might help those who have had to use incomplete hampers for presents, with the aim of getting a refund for the missing or underweight items as I'm unsure how would be best to go about this.

As I mentioned before, those still waiting for hampers can cancel for a full refund. I'm unsure if a hamper already delivered, but late, can be returned under SOGA. I expect it can as it's a breach of contract, but please find out first.

For what it's worth I think this Neil is a liar, and he can quote me on that. He's lied repeatedly about delivery dates to various people, and I also think, rather than the police looking at the odd post on twitter, they'd be much more interested in his affairs and the way he is conducting his business.

Another thing.. he sounds as thick as two short planks! No wonder he doesn't know his @rse from his elbow in business!
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.
  • I'm gobsmacked, no UK Mail tracking but mine arrived 10 minutes ago:j:j:j

Had a quick look and i'm quite happy, the wicker hampers themselves are lovely, will add something to the little Christmas one ( i received the 3+3 free) After Eights or whatever. The Galaxy one has the drinking chocolate in a jar, with lots of little bars too. The Just add cheese contents look great as per photo's on here, althought the sellophane on both are slightly ripped. Very glad they have arrived obviously. Hope you all receive yours x
    I love this place :j:T:j
