I also had the Wartime sweet one with a mug etc but they have been repackaged as the boxes were broken and cellophane ripped and posted off to the recipients!

PS I only put these on as people have asked to see them. All but the 2 posted out had missed the gift swap so we will have lots of chutney and jam in my house in 2013. Shocking experience.

Those hampers in the pics look lovely. None of mine had ribbons.

What a shame you missed the gift swap as your hampers actually look like something worth receiving (hope that makes sense).

I will contact NHC (after Christmas when all the fuss has calmed down) about the lack of products in the Galaxy Hamper. I wasn't going to bother contacting them regarding some other smaller niggly issues but I think I will now because the Galaxy Hamper is so disappointing. I am still happy with most of my order though and I would still buy from NHC again as long as they reslove the issues.

OMG can't believe the twitter feed now... More threats and police will arrest anyone doing so & UKMail are complaining about the amount of queries they are getting.... If we can't get a response from NHC or UKMail here else do we go? This is a complete farce!!!!!

Absolutely! Apart from rewrapping for ripped cellophane they are great - well would have been if I had them in the FIRST week of December!

I was expecting the worst having been called rude (for honest) and blocked on Twitter.
