Why are some people getting all 24 hampers from the 12 + 12 deal in one month? I thought it was meant to be 2 a month. This can't be helping things. Maybe he should have told people at the outset that this was not possible then maybe the people, like myself, who are only waiting for 2 might have a chance of actually receiving them.

nothing with uk mail for me either only checking incase im out not that the hampers are needed urgent anymore as they was for inlaws presents x fingers crossed that ones that still need them get them today x
better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all.
  • Well I have stuck up for them until I have a reason not to - I am waiting for the galaxy and retro sweets hampers (4), the Christmas special (6), the festive special (6) and 3 1st hampers from the 12 (original offer) and 12+12 offer - so in total 19! Hampers. ( then another 33 throughout the year) as well as various juices and things. In short all of my Christmas gifts and a big chunk of my Christmas food etc.

While I am concerned by the fact that nobody is replying to me on twitter or by email I will wait until Friday ( the last day it could be delivered here) before deciding what to do about it. I was promised faithfully it would be sent out on monday (as due to location that's the last day it could be sent to safely arrive here for Xmas). - I even emailed to explain that I would be unable to replace these items in time if delivery was not going to arrive before Xmas and was assured they would be here in time. While I am getting twitchy I won't blow a fuse until Friday ( if these items don't arrive in time).
Then I will spend my time off from work either praising them or leaving very poor customer reviews on every review site I can find online. Whichever type of reviews are left is entirely down to the Nhcompany and the service they provide.

I am waiting patiently, I have been very reasonable, I have given them the opportunity to let me know if they couldn't deliver on time so I can arrange alternative small gifts meantime and I think I would be more annoyed at being given false reassurances than anything else. I am hoping that they ARE on their way ( despite no despatch email and ukmail having nothing out for delivery to me) but it is getting more difficult to stay positive. Anyway I live in hope and will have faith in them until they give me a reason not to.

What an absurd thing to say to his paying customers, a total farce from start to finish.

I think he means "We are doing our very best for you. Someone has already said they're hampers. There are people starving and homeless out there. You will get them."

Whatever, Neil. Your business acumen is even worse than your spelling and grammar.

I am waiting on 6 hampers, nothing to be delivere to me according to UKMail, who's customer service is putting NH Company's to shame. I am beginning to feel more and more livid. If I was in the time frame to do so I would raise a PayPal dispute, I personally feel he got greedy, saw the money coming in and didn't think of how he would get the product out.

I am also well aware that people are starving, and lets hope no one bought any hampers for a homeless charity etc eh Neil?

(I am so, so angry so please excuse spelling, grammar mistakes as typing too fast on touch screen!)

I just checked my Galaxy Hamper and it falls way short of the advertised items. There are several missing items and lots of items that have been substituted for much lower value/weight items. The drinking chocolate alone is half the size of the one advertised. I can't say I'm too impressed with this one. It is definitely not worth anywhere near the £29.99 value given on the site. I could have bought the same items for way under £10, excluding the hamper of course. If I had known it would turn up like this I would have asked for a second cheese hamper instead!
