Thats the 4th delivery date promised and missed... wonder what the next date will be?

Wonder when he will admit I wont be getting my hampers this year...

Has anyone received this deal? Haven't seen anyone post about having had it and am getting very worried. I need it to come by Friday and I need it to be as described.

I have 2 autistic kids and only have today or tomorrow morning left when I can get out to the shops to buy replacements (while they are still in school) and to be honest I'm spent up.

Actually feeling sick now, as I don't know what to do. I daren't phone the company (not good at confrontation), and they haven't responded to my email, sent last week. I feel like crying

Inkypink, please check your email account to see what you were charged for and what the Christmas Hamper deal was called. I'm certain your first order was incorrect. Was this one today supposed to be the 3 + 3 with 2 from the 12 + 12 deal? If that is the case then you got a Galaxy Hamper and a Cheese Hamper as part of the 12 + 12 deal.

Grrrr thats a stupid thing to say. Not relevant. He should be apologising for the misery he has caused. We paid for hampers that were advertised for delivery first week in December and he has failed time after time to meet this and the following deadlines. It is totally his fault and speaking to customers like this is awful. Shame on him.

I find his use of the word their as annoying as this whole stupid saga. I visit Caister every summer to see family, I will pop into the shop (if it still exists) with a book on basic english language.

Me too - I have had to stop reading his Twitter posts as I just want to correct them - I'm not sure that would get me my order any quicker! (Although couldn't really be any slower!) :rotfl:

Can I ask how you check with UK mail. Did you just tweet them your postcode?
Will they only know if they have it for delivery today, or do they know as soon as it gets into their system?

I am also waiting for hampers and have been promised more delivery dates than hampers I have ordered. Got so Pee'd off by his latest tweet I have contacted ALL of the national newspapers with this story!
Am posting under this username so he doesn't know who I am if he still reads this thread.
