well NEWS FLASH I and many others have not to date received the hampers in question

what would be helpful though is any pictures you have with the hampers that you or other posters have now received please

Well, I was given a tracking number by Neil yesterday via email and told I would receive it today, but when I checked on UK Mail's site there's no information regarding a delivery to my address:(

Ok - well at the end of the day can't get any response from company on phone or tweets so will leave it to them. I have a shipping number but it hasn't yet been collected from them.

I am lucky in some respects as did get one box of nice hampers but some of the urgent ones I need are in the other box as for teachers presents and a meeting with a hostel tonight where I was giving them 12 hampers - -only got about half of those at moment - so their tweet about homeless people a bit bittersweet!

I do think they are snowed under and doing their best and I really think today is the last day they can get the hampers it to us for Xmas so I am going to get on with my life and not stress about something I can do nothing about.

I got given a tracking number as well and guess what no delivery for me today either!

Wooo hoo!

Hampers have just arrived which ukmail took 2 days to delivery as was suppose to be yesturday but they ran out of time to deliver they said.

Just add cheese very nice and happy!
Galaxy Chocolate hamper, lot of substitutes of smaller bars but overall happy!

Christmas Hampers, these are very disappointing and will be complaining to NHC, as i now am going to have to add a few bits to this hamper as dont look a lot as a present for grandparents.

I've just looked at their Twitter page and my blood is boiling:mad:
"We are doing our very best for you,someone has already said their hampers their are people starving and homeless out their you will get them "

What an absurd thing to say to his paying customers, a total farce from start to finish.

Spoke to a very nice person at UKMail who have been getting loads of calls about Norfolk Hampers. They say if they are collected by 21st Dec we SHOULD get them by 24th. If they add Saturday delivery on to them (which is extra cost) then they could get delivered on Sat 22nd. Otherwise if not dispatched by 21st we are all sunk!!!!!

To guarantee mine to Scotland they absolutely NEED to be picked up tomorrow at the very latest!

Cant see him paying the extra costs - he should but he doesnt seem to care that much....

Arghhhh I am rapidly loosing the will to live over these hampers.... Still nothing with ukmail for me... Some of them I need to post on to friends and family & with last posting days looming it'll e a miracle if they get them!!!
