    I ordered the 12+12 deal with the first 12 to be delivered before Christmas (2nd week in Dec I was told). Order still shows as processing on their website :(
    "Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.
  • 6 hampers for me not turned up.

    Order still shows processing on the website, and obviously no answer to e-mails, and phone number permanenty engaged.

    I just tweeted UK Mail my postcode. They answer pretty quickly.:)
  • Can anybody who lives locally go and check whether he really has shut the shop? I think that, plus the "extra staff" tweets are just more big fat hairy lies.

    debs you just need to just quote your postcode to UKmail this is there Norwich depot number 01603 813890 this is the depot handling all of Norfolk hampers collections
    but still nothing for me either :-(

    Ive tried to stay positive during this fiasco but even this would test the patience of a saint :mad:
    i think a lot would say its bad enough not getting the goods its the fact that there's so much conflicting information that decent customers of his company has been getting
    all people ever want is the truth even if its - we've messed up but well get it sorted

    Ok reporting back on my 3+3 which I received yesterday after getting a dispatched email the day before. I did also email NHC before that to see if it had been dispatched.

    Really pleased with just add cheese - no port chutney but substituted for mixed fruit chutney which happy with & cheese melts substituted with cheese nibbles. Both had cellophane ripped (no ribbon) but they were packed well so maybe cellophane needs to be a bit more slack when they do them.

    Galaxy ones - I got some of the chocolate that was promised & others had been substituted ie 2 little bars to make up a larger bar although the weight comes to less this way. I think I'm still down on the orange & shortcake bar 197g & the bubbles bar 100g.

    Christmas one - this is the most disappointing & the hamper looks empty. I would have preferred it in a basket with the items I paid for.

    I got Christmas pud 350g Instead of 454g
    NO ginger biscuits
    Lemon curd 113g instead of 320g
    Strawberry preserve 113g instead of 340g
    A small square of Christmas fruit cake not the slabs like I saw in previous photos.
    2 packs of shortbread which equal 160g so 10g over the 150g agreed.

    It would be ok if that is what I paid for but I have the screenprint of exactly what should have been in the hampers & it's not what I have received. I will be following this up with the company.

    I really hope all of you get your hampers. I feel lucky mine are here but wish they were all the same quality as the cheese one.
