Those are the substitutes I got. The Galaxy Orange and Shortcake Bar is one of the larger and more expensive items and it was missing and not substituted! Very naughty!

Can't believe it - for the 2nd night running - I dreamt about hampers last night!

This time, my order arrived and, instead of the 2 large hampers, there were 12 tiny hampers, all containing just 1 small jar of jam. I was desperately trying to Sellotape 6 of them together to make it look like a big hamper :rotfl:

Think I need to get out more, no wait a minute, can't do that - AS I'M WAITING IN FOR A HAMPER DELIVERY!!!

did u order 2 of the 12+12 offers
why people expected all from this offer in one month is beyond me
i think this is where the problems began
neil agreeing to it and the customers expecting too much

i said a similar thing a couple of days back he kept adding to the deals and first off said theses are for the first 10 who order then he kept extending the deals and put more and more deals on via his twitter and the 2 per month deal as soon as he allowed people to have them all in one go the floodgates opened and he sunk
its not peoples fault for asking and good luck to them if they get/got them , but he did him self up like a kipper then since hes tried to blame every one but him self
and yes im still waiting :mad: FROM AUGUST
