I think he only says they have been sent so he's covered under DSR. If they haven't been despatched, you have a right to cancel for a full refund.

You must be psychic ;) As soon as I sent him an email last night requesting refund surprise surprise I had a one line email back saying they have been sent. No apology or any other answer to my complaint:mad:

I've asked for tracking number and date sent but all I got back is that the will be with me by friday...hmmm doubtful.

Is there any way we can prove they were dispatched after order cancellation request sent? (via uk mail perhaps?) If so could I then use this to proceed with PayPal dispute for full refund?

UKmail will have the time and date of collection from him (IF there has been one) so yes you will be able to tell from that route

I do hope Neil and co are following this thread, he obviously took on too much through greed and cannot supply the goods, his greed has led to anxiety to others and potential let down. I bet your cash till has never stopped ringing, shame are door bells are not ringing with our goods, shame on you Neil and your company. If the hampers should turn up after christmas I will not accept delivery. Amazing how somebody can be so nice initially then once they have your business they do not want to know.......never again. Neil instead of tweeting google customer care you may learn something!

Really hope some of you receive your hampers today AND that the hampers are up to an acceptable standard.

If there is nothing for me from UK mail for delivery today, and if he doesn't confirm that they are on the way, I will be taking tomorrow off to replace the ones that were presents. I will of course put in a claim for the loss of earnings and the cost of replacement gifts, along with my petrol and parking costs.

    aww max
same here hun im actually wating in today for these as there were promised but rang UKMail lovely lady from there who remembered me from yesterday said i wasn't to worry about bothering her for the info she said that they (NHC) still were requesting collections up till Friday so they could be time as they (ukMail) were delivering on Monday as well

BUT ive gone from being laid back thinking im sure it will be ok to now very angry

NOW NEIL i know u or your spy's are reading this forum i would have kept being a customer of yours had you just be honest with us from the start about the problems and the volume of work you took on and the problems you had BUT YOU WERNT you kept on giving people empty promises and so now i too will if these hampers are not here by tomorrow also be asking for a FULL REFUND
  • Just sent e-mail asking for a refund and got a e-mail back saying they are not responding to e-mails !! I will never buy from this company again thought it was too good to be true .

Also just emailed demanding a refund for hampers and "membership club".

Was told my hampers were dispatched yesterday, called UK Mail and nothing for my address today. So I've been lied to.

Total joke of a company, they don't deserve to be in business if this is how they treat paying customers.
