Half price toys at Sainsburys

Hi everyone,
I'm lucky I don't really need many toys for Christmas thanks mainly to Amazon and Camelcamelcamel and other toys sales this year, but thought I'd have a look and see what might come up online for presents for friends children etc. I came across a pre-sale bargain for my children's wooden kitchen that was worth getting now before the rush (if it's reduced again and there's any stock I can always return)....
It is over £17.50 at most shops, but just £7.99 delivered with Click and Collect at Sainsburys:
Pretend and Play Wooden Salad Set:

Other Links
Currently £17.55 on Amazon:

And £17.99 at Babipur:

On its own it's not the most exciting of toys, but exactly what I was wanting so I'm delighted-hope it helps someone else too!
Wonder if there are any other hidden pre-sale bargains!!
Xx
PS should have added that the bowl is a different colour to the other shops ones, but that's fine for us! X0 -
My favourite sale of the year and it looks to be disappointing!! Usually very excited about this but from what I have heard things will be different this year, boo!
I will go just to have a nosy but expectations are low for what I want!!A small Thank You can make a BIG difference0 -
Thanks for the heads up, did you notice if the Moshi Monster packs or Star Wars toys were half price ?0

Just spoke to my local store and they said it wil be on tomorrow morning and opening at 6am.£2 Savers club £0/£150
1p a day £/0 -
Just got an email saying it starts tomorrow and its up to 50% off, it's got a link that just sends me to the toy page, doesn't say what will be reduced but shows a picture but not sure if that's what will go into the sale or not! This pleases me that it is online too as our store is shut as from tomorrow (as they are doing a refit) so the fact that some will be online suits me perfectly
Edit: just seen at bottom of email it says -
Terms and conditions:
Selected stores and availability. Excludes centrals and locals. Whilst stocks last. Offer ends 6 November 2012. Maximum 6 of the same toy/item per customer. Offer applies to online purchases made from 24 October to 6 November 2012. Online delivery charges apply. Offers start 24 October online and instore.
Loving the fact it now says limit of 6 items of the same toy/item, should hopefully stop the ebayers a bit!! :j
Do you have the link to get to the page as can't find anything by going to the site. Thanks0 -
I found their plans on an empty shelf, titled 'toy stunt'
Lego is 1/3 off, a few items were 25% off and some at 50% off but on the few pages I saw only 2 of the plans had these reductions on them the others had different toys but no discount beside them.

Nope it's still in the same place.0
