EXPIRED Sainsburys wine 25% off from 19th oct.

i fell foul of not reading the small print. ordered wednesday last week, got the £price right, £10 discount right, but selected today for delivery as off with son on school holiday.

25% discount only applied if completed yesterday! doh!

only got 5% discount, giving a total of £62.35

still not bad i suppose for 6 bottles of bubbles, assuming if its ok....

Yep. It worked. Mine arrived 8pm Sunday. Final price £46.95. (£7.82 per bottle) Cheers Martin!

Just got mine. The 25% had not been taken off only 5%. A quick phone call to Sainsburys and I was given a £15 voucher making my Christmas Champers £43.40. What a bargain Thanks for posting this.

as seems to be the case with most replies here, van driver just turned up with 6 sainsburys own brand champagnes.
Price more than double at £94.
Not sure if my first time £10 voucher will be carried over to my next order.
may make a trip to see if i can get some cheap campo vieja rioja from asda instead.

I ordered the 6 bottles of champers for delivery on Sat between 5-6 and they didn't show. I called customers services at 7.30 and they kept me hanging for half an hour while they tried to get through to the branch with no success. They said for me to try again Sunday. I called again Sunday with no success. I have emailed twice with no reply other than we are dealing with this. I phoned this morning and said I was disgusted with the way I had been treated and that they hadn't bothered to call to tell me where my order was. They said they would get a manager to call me immediately. It's 8.30 Monday night and still nothing.

Needless to say I won't be using Sainsburys online again.

Got several bottles in Sainsbury of red wine and decided to follow the MSE champagne deal. All went well until delivery. Someone at Sainsbury decided to substitute the £12 bottle (said sold out but plenty in my store the day I ordered) with a £36 bottle! Are they mad??? My bill was nearly £200, I refused delivery. Never used them in line before and now never will. I could/should have got them in store. Grrrrrrrrrr.

my champagne came in at £64.95 I phoned sainsburys helpline and told them that i did not recieve my extra 25% off for 6 bottles they put back £19.49 on my card making it £45.46 a case and only £7.57.6666667 a bottle Result...!:j
