I would refer everything back to payplan, as they are the ones who are sorting things out with you. Write to the people who are hassling you quoting your payplan reference number, or whatever, and ask them to refer to them.

Sorry, I don't really know much about DMPs but there is a very active DMP support group thread on this board which I am sure can give you loads of help and info.

That is why this board is so fab - there is generally always someone around who has been in your shoes, so to speak, so can at least point you in the right direction, give advice or support, or just to lighten the mood on a dark day!

Hello Everyone

I will join the over 50K board, initially I thought it was the over 50's (age) board, but not so !!

Anyhow, £100k debt, and thanks to the postings of some great people, whos names I see in this thread, we are tackling the issue and hope to have it paid off in 3 1/2 years.
