And looking on the bright side, I've lost 3lbs since 1 January :T

I think that's called finding the silver lining in the cloud! Not a nice way to go about it though :(

Hope you feel better soon xx

    - take down the Christmas decorations :o
    - empty the bins/sort recycling although that will meaning getting dressed...
    - some basic housework
    - book some fun stuff for the coming months
Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Glad to hear you're on the mend MWC. Maybe add a stretch goal of 'nap' if you're feeling ambitious :)

Don't bother with the sink. It too will have to fend for itself.

That's exactly how I feel PP!!!

Day 10 today and no improvement :( I've now been prescribed antibiotics for the sore throat and antibiotic eye drops for the conjunctivitis so hopefully I'll start to feel better soon *fingers crossed*

Poor you:( I didn't get conjunctivitis but I did get the Brucie bonus of UTI:eek:

Glad you're feeling a bit better xx
Original mortgage £112,000 . Final payment due August 2027.
Mortgage neutral achieved August 2020 - 7 years early!!!
  • Simpler goals for today:

    - wash Done!
    - dress I put my best lounging pyjamas on - does that count?!
    - fend for myself (Mr MWC away on business until Friday evening) Made a vegetable/lentil/chickpea harira in the SC - I should have blitzed it though as I kept choking on the lumps
    - shine sink Not done - Apple said I didn't have to!

I did manage a couple of loads of laundry and I must be feeling a bit better as I've meal planned and written a shopping list for next week :)
