The new girls are settling in well - they're not eating much but there have been no squabbles and they all put themselves to bed this evening :T - and Miss Effie appears to have got over her shock

MWC - hope the sadness of the weekend diminishes with the start of a new week. I genuinely hope that the new girls, under Miss Effie's gentle tutelage, thrive in their new home.

Hope MrMWC is healing too - must be a shock to be bitten 'out of the blue', as much as the physical harm.
