Oh MWC! I've just come back to the site after a few days away to your sad news. Keeping chooks is very rewarding but so, so hard at times. As you know, it was too much for me in the end.
You give your girls a wonderful life and no one could keep all danger away from them. I think you are a most excellent chicken keeper and the new girls have lots to look forward to.
