I've bought him the REM by MTV DVD

Halved in 3 yrs? - WOW! You go girl!
And the prospect of Gooseberries in the next few weeks? WOW!Are they going to be good this year? We were in a garden a few weeks ago (NT) and the goosegogs were forming and there looked to be a heafty haul (but I know that they can shed as they swell - plus the dreaded sawfly can do its thing
)
Happy Friday, happy jam making and hope you're de-cluttering that jet-lag!

Rhubarb & vanilla jam is delicious - just like rhubarb & custard sweets
Even Mr MWC likes it and he doesn't "do" jam!
6 jars for Christmas hampers, 1/2 jar for us
Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 9 (1 box sold for £2.50, Mr MWC had 1 fried for lunch and I used 2 for my dinner (eggy bread))
Very boring treats today - lettuce/carrot peelings/mixed corn/sunflower seeds/mealworms - but The Girls did get to FR all day as MR MWC was WFH
In money news:
- £5 L2S voucher received from RMS for participating in a correctly delivered survey
- £7.50 off a £50 spend coupon used in Sainsbury's
Still dry here... off for a walk so I'm sure it'll start raining soon!Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
