    Lost 5.5 lbs at chub club (did gain 6 lbs last week though after the all-expenses paid trip to California :o)

  • We went exploring today in a neighbouring shire - a lovely 8.5 mile circular walk starting/finishing in a pretty Georgian market town and a picnic :D
