Perhaps this is where the Chicken *UNCLES* have to step up to the plate......... I can let you have DP..... I'm trying to size him up, wondering how much brown parcel paper, string and sellotape it would take to get him to you...... also wondering where precisely to apply the postage stamps...... Could you promise to post him back soonest though? as we've some adventurising planned....................................
Sending a *virtual safety net* around the girls - and stay away vibes to mr fox - through the ether......
Gorgeous pic of the west coast!

Thanks Greying!
Not sure what my lovely postlady would think if she had to deliver Uncles and/or bottles of pee :rotfl:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Chickens 6 All safe & sound :T
Fox 0
I kept them in the walk-in run today and replaced freedom with treats (1/2 bag spinach, a punnet of squishy blueberries and a couple of handfuls of mixed corn/sunflower seeds/mealworms)
Eggs IN 3
Eggs OUT 20 (2 boxes of eggs laid at the start of the month given to colleagues, 1 box sold for £1.30 and 2 eggs scrambled for my dinner)
I've had a bit of a spendy evening... I bought my dad a coffee pod machine for Father's Day (an online offer from Costa £30 (£120 RRP) + £5 P&P) and I bought Mr MWC a book of stories and recipes from his favourite places in Vietnam and the new REM DVD for his birthday. I'm hoping I've timed it right and Mr MWC's gifts will be delivered whilst he's in the Czech Republic next week.Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Chooks all safe & sound but not liking being cooped up all day
Today's treats were a squishy mango, a round lettuce and a couple of handfuls of mixed corn/sunflower seeds/mealworms.
Eggs IN 4
Eggs OUT 2 (I'm baking a rum-soaked sultana, banana & walnut cake this evening to use up some squishy bananas)
Can you see a theme developing here?! Mr MWC didn't eat any fruit whilst I was away
£17.37 claimed from TCB

Will there be a chicken obesity outbreak now due to lack of exercise and the plethora of treats though?Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
