Blinking foxes.

We've had a fox in the garden on two separate evenings over the last couple of weeks but so far been lucky. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he strikes

I have no idea whether having the smell of the hounds in your garden would ward off foxes- if so,we can pop over anytime with them.

Just make aure Mr MWC had allergy treatment first

Better late than never I have done the end of month account review... and OP'd £1,400 :T

Original mortgage now <£75,000 :T
Total mortgage will be <£80,000 at the start of next month :T
Next month, total OPs > outstanding mortgage :cool:
