Superb progress on the weight loss and walking regime MWC
And I've got to ask - what colour is coconut treacle? And is it done like that for storage purposes, or is there a culinary reason why you'd have that over coconut water/milk/meat etc?

I was hungry this afternoon so I'm starting with photos of food!
Day 4 - Hoi An
We went to the market in Hoi An twice - once as part of a walking tour of the city and again to buy ingredients during our Vietnamese cooking class.
Walking round the market was thirsty work so we stopped for a beer...
... 5,000 Vietnamese Dong = 15p
We also drank a lot of ca phe sua da - strong Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk and lots of ice - delicious :drool:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Up at the crack of dawn for a cycling tour - cycling in the city was terrifying but it was so peaceful in the surrounding villages.
Rice and lotus fields
Market garden
We also rode water buffaloes... but I'm not going to share photos of that!Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
