A very successful weigh-in at chub club :j:j:j
4.5 lbs lost and 3 more milestones reached - I've now lost >2 stone, I've lost 15% of my starting body weight and I now weigh 11-something rather than 12 :T:T:T
9.5 lbs to goal weight
Lovely chicken-sitting neighbours are coming round this evening so my afternoon will be spent doing housework whilst Mr MWC cooks!
Fresh spring rolls, green papaya salad, clay pot pork using coconut treacle that we bought in the Mekong delta, cod cooked in banana leaves, sticky rice, stir-fried morning glory and tau hu nuoc duong (silken tofu dessert with ginger & clementine syrup)
