Thank you
Still 5 days to pay day... CC card bills are in and MUCH smaller than normal so I should be able to make a big OP next month as well :T
I spent yesterday afternoon gardening and yesterday evening sowing seeds - very relaxing
My bad luck with the colour of flowers continues though... the expensive orange tulips I bought are actually pink or white
Today's plans are:
Chub club
Garden centre
More gardening

Fab overpayment MWC. It's a bit drizzly here today but this time last week the garden was my priority. Hope chub club was a success.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Hope chub club was a success.
It was!!! I reached a milestone - 25 lbs lost since I joined :j
The sun is shining at the moment  but it's forecast to rain later this afternoon
I've treated myself to a new fancy-pants spray nozzle (with nano-bubble technology) for my hosepipe - £29.99 RRP, I paid £3.99 in HB :money:

Although the all-singing, all-dancimg nozzle was a mighty bargainatious purchase and does deserve its own 'well done' too!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Great result at chub club. Are you still keeping up your healthy habits, drinking water, body brushing etc?June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

I agree :j2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Yes, I'm still drinking water (better on weekdays than at weekends) and dry body brushing every day (even on holiday!). I didn't do so well with the fitbit steps last week - I need to make sure I go for a walk every evening this week. I can't remember if I set myself a good habit for May  I think it will need to be "look after my hands/nails" - wear gloves when washing up/cleaning/gardening, use hand cream, cuticle cream etc.
We had a productive afternoon in the garden yesterday: Mr MWC topped up the raised beds with compost from the hot bin and planted potatoes in bags; I weeded a gazillion sycamore seedlings, did some planting and generally pottered
Mr MWC fed me well yesterday  roasted fennel & quinoa crunch salad for lunch and roasted garlic & cauliflower pasta with walnuts for dinner. Today he is attempting to recreate Rainbow Cafe's Shepherdess Pie :kisses3:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
