That sounds a great days' gardening, MWC - its so hard to look after your hands at the same time, I find ... I can slather on loads of hand cream, and even soak them a bit in olive oil too, but my hands get *so* dry, I hate it. The one bad thing about gardening ... mind you, I look out onto my garden from the kitchen sink, and the frills of the ransoms are wonderful to see2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I've not been as productive today...
A lie-in
A natter with a US-based friend
2 loads of laundry
A little bit of housework
A 4-mile walk
Not sure where the day has gone really... just time for a home facial and to get myself ready for work tomorrow before I go to bed
Eggs IN 7
Eggs OUT 9 (6 given to FIL, 3 poached for our lunch)

MWC - I was thinking of you over the weekend. We went away for a long weekend for a special celebration, and where we were had a flock of chucks - interesting varietiesI bought a dozen eggs, and was so delighted with the mix of colours (olive, blue, dark brown etc) that I took a pic!
Better than any stick o'rock or 'kissmequick' hat though
And the taste and colour of the yolks..........

I can totally sympathise MWC - the worst part of holidays is the catching up again at work (and often at home too!). Glad you are feeling back in control now0
