  • We're talking :) BUT the meal plan hasn't been mentioned again!

Fat Club weigh-in this morning - another 3 pounds lost (total = 10 pounds) and first goal reached :T

Operation Empty Freezer has started early:

    - Scrambled egg & smoked salmon for lunch using frozen eggs and leftover-from-Christmas smoked salmon
    - YS rump steak for dinner
    - Shin of beef and HM beef stock defrosting for dinner tomorrow
    - rhubarb, plums, pear & blackberries to be used in a crumble for pudding tomorrow

Plans for the rest of the day:

    - Shuffle money, pay CCs and make a MOP :D
    - Housework
    - A little decluttering

  • YAY to weightloss MWC :j

But boo to harsh words with loved ones :( Mind, you could have gone for broke and asked, 'Could he please make sure that Afghan Carrot Hotpot was included in this month's plan.......' :rotfl:

We're having crumble for pudding tomorrow too - plum :D I cooked bread in the oven last night, so needed a filler :D I used buttermilk in the dough (overnight rise in the fridge) and spread yoghurt on the top to help browning. Resultant loaf was really quite brioche like in taste/texture (but no butter actually in it iyswim).
