    I've been sous chef-ing for Mr MWC :)

    Beef, ale & chestnut stew in slow cooker for dinner tonight and freezer
    Ragu made for tomorrow's dinner and freezer

    (BTW Bengali butternut squash & chickpea curry for dinner yesterday)

    I've also braved the cold and mucked the girls out - only 1 egg today (Miss B)

    Off now to peel the spuds...

    She's an egg-laying machine Natty - rarely does she have a day off - I hope she doesn't wear herself out

    Was thinking about you this morning MWC - or at least your eggs. I opened the egg box and all 6 were brown and egg shaped. What a boring life I have :o.
