Spag bol for dinner. Mr MWC had split the sauce into 6 large portions, I divided it into 8 portions and froze 6
I made a fat-free tea loaf today - using up a bag of mixed dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, currants, pineapple, cherries and mixed peel) that had a best before date of April 2012, wholemeal flour that was best before October 2012 and some brown sugar that been at the back of the larder for yonks :T
