  • Yay :j all is well in the world - I saw old man with a stick and jogging man this morning :rotfl:

Old man with a stick usually walks past our house 2-3 times/day whatever the weather :D (and he walks quicker than me :o). I was a bit worried as I hadn't seen him for over a week.

Jogging man has jogged past our house on a Saturday morning ever since we moved in 4.5 years ago :) He has worn the same tracksuit and woolly hat every week :exclamati

  • Walked into town and spent £1.71 in HB on toothpaste, 18th birthday card + pocket tissues and £1.90  in the post office on a stamp for the card - my purse is empty and I am now a cash-free zone (apart from the egg money that I can dip into in an emergency)

  • I have both disappointing and exciting chicken news... brace yourself Natty :rotfl:

Disappointing news: the chicken shop won't have any chickens for sale until the first or second week in February :(

Exciting news: 1 white egg from Miss B, 1 brown egg from Miss Q and... drum roll... 1 green egg from Miss M :j:dance: :T

Another £9.95 spent on a sack of chicken feed

Miss Q and Miss B are being naughty - they've jumped up on the garden table to eat a plant I moved out of their reach :naughty:

A GREEN egg:T:T:T did you introduce some colour in Miss M's diet like I suggested;)

I am gutted that you weren't able to purchase a little red hen (one of my favourite childhood books:D)

Please give Miss B a cuddle from me (and Miss Q actually, as I wouldn't like her to feel left out):)
    February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
    MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

PS was it egg shaped .
