  • I've been noseying on the company intranet and the salary increase range for my performance grading is 3.6% to 5.4%. My boss tends to go mid-range so probably 4.5%. Compensation statements are available at the end of February so not too long to wait...

    Rant alert! I have to go to the US (west coast) in May for a 2-day team meeting. The venue was confirmed today... a 3.5 hour drive from the closest airport with direct flights from London :mad::mad::mad:
