Forgot to mention that the pest control company came yesterday. Chap said it might be a squirrel but was 70% sure it was a rat even though there was no evidence of rats in the garden :eek: They will be coming back later in the week to lay traps and relieve us of approx. £475 :eek: There's been some cable nibbling so we will also need to get an electrician in :eek:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
