    Seconded :T:T:T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Forgot to mention that the pest control company came yesterday. Chap said it might be a squirrel but was 70% sure it was a rat even though there was no evidence of rats in the garden  They will be coming back later in the week to lay traps and relieve us of approx. £475  There's been some cable nibbling so we will also need to get an electrician in

Ginger-braised ox cheeks with spiced red lentils and watercress yogurt sounds delish! Am inspired to see if library has that book.

    Pest control sounds horrifyingly expensive!!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Hi MWC - have you thought about getting your own bait and traps from local country store, It will probably be about £100 and you get to keep them.

Very briefly Arkers but Mr MWC is a big chicken and won't empty the traps and I won't go up in the loft as I'm scared of falling down :rotfl:
