I've cooked the mince for the swede & potato rosti-topped cottage pie we are having for dinner. I didn't have any spare carrots (saving last one for tomorrrow's dinner) so I've bulked it out with a vacuum-packed, ready cooked, rustic 6 bean mix that I found at the back of the cupboard (BB April 2012 ) and added the magic ingredient (HP sauce!)
Off for another walk this morning as it's dry
