Mr MWC was very late home tonight so I cooked dinner (baked potatoes with butterbean & tomato stew), washed up and made him a cup of tea :A

My lovely dad phoned up to tell me that he had been picking crab apples ahead of our foraging trip on Friday... 20 kg  I only wanted 8-10 kg... :rotfl:

Any suggestions? I'm already planning to make hedgerow jelly and spiced crab apple jelly.

Apples are good in curry. Apple cake? Sugar to detract from the crabbiness?

Does it give you an annualised figure to date or the like? 7% for the next 14 years seems a bit optimistic. Then again, I tend to predict 5% real growth when I'm doing cool things, like pension updates and analysis.
